Terrible experience. Not trust in this hotel. After arrived with my reservation confirmed they just informed me that no rooms available and I neeed looking for another one, more Importante the reservation was no refund option. I came from Brazil around 10 hours by flight and happened this. Horrible Horrible untrusted.

The location for this hotel was fantastic, so much on the door step & minurs away from beach & Ocean drive. Staff were so lovely & they kept our luggage for us with no charge. There is also a restaurant in hotel & it was fabulous! Had the most delicious pasta dish.

The location was great! It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff were superb! They were very helpful even after our checkout time they let us borrow towels to bring to the beach and left our bags secured with them.

Location was fairly convenient as far as being in walking distance of restaurants and the beach since parking would have been difficult to find. Staff was friendly and mostly trying to be helpful but somewhat difficult to understand.

Spent the day on the beach area provided by the hotel. Front desk staff were amazing, stored our luggage for the day until we could check in and provided lots of information on the area.

Excellent location right on the South Beach strip and a stone throw away from the bus station that got us there from the airport. Room was excellent, large bed etc. check in was easy and luggage storage available

Clean and had everything you needed. Location was little more than block to beach and boardwalk. And 2-3 blocks to all south beach restaurants . The lemoncello restaurant was also very good.
